Advertising and Promotional Activities

The exhibition will be promoted mainly using print media of the Fuji Sankei Communications Group, including Fuji Sankei Business - i and the Sankei Daily News.

Fuji Sankei Business-i, Sankei Daily News , Evening Fuji, Sankei Sports, Sankei Express, and related business journals and newspapers.

(2)Direct mail invitation(From the sponsor)

Invitation cards will be sent directly to persons employed in related industries.
Based on the results of a survey, direct mail invitation is recognized as the most effective method of attracting people to exhibitions.

A maximum of 200 invitation cards per booth will be provided exhibitors as a tool for inviting interested parties.

(3)Internet website

  • An outline of the exhibition (period of the exhibition, location, mode of transportation to the site, etc.), together with a list of exhibitors and the strong points of each exhibitor will be displayed on the exhibition’s official website.
  • Related organizations will be asked to provide a link to the official website. Banner advertisements and others will also be displayed.
  • An advance registration page for visitors will be established. Persons who register in advance will be allowed to attend the exhibition free of charge, and the reception procedure will be simplified for them.

The necessary number of posters will be distributed to exhibitors free of charge.
Related organizations will be asked to display posters.
